Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, Straight Days 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Die Engineering Manager/Assistant Manager. Work with other New Model members and production personnel to develop and review process plans for die development for new model launches.

Develop process plans for stamping dies process for New Model launches

Control project investment for the dies purchases

Review and apply best manufacturing processes

Develop and control plan for die manufacture and implementation to mass production

Prepare documents and present to upper management

Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors

Support to the production departments in process improvements and Kaizen activities

Other duties and responsibilities as required

What you Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years manufacturing experience or,

5 years experience in manufacturing processes with Technologist Diploma

Tool and Die Maker with 10 years die improvement and troubleshooting experience

Hands on experience in stamping dies manufacturing and coordination skills

Able to travel and work flexible hours

Work Environment:

Office & Plant Environment

May be exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
