Our Farm & Commercial insurance team aspires to be the industry leader by meeting the evolving needs of Canadian businesses and farm operations. This role provides support to underwriters through collaboration and decision making within assigned authority. This may include gathering and documenting data to underwrite renewal policies; verifying and preparing changes and endorsements; supplying information to processors.

How you will create impact:

Confirm claims information and document claims action within authority. Respond to inquiries and provide appropriate correspondence to inquiries from internal/external business partners. Underwrite, rate and review policies within assigned authority. Review, investigate and action various system generated reports. Escalate policies to underwriters as required. Contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services within defined service standards.
