Agent de Réclamations Bilingue Sur Place
Poste Contractuel avec Possibilité de Permanence
Niveau de maîtrise : Anglais et Français
Lieu : Ottawa, Little Italy près de Preston Square
Salaire : 22 $/h
Lundi au Vendredi
Formation de 3 semaines - de 8h à 16h
Heures de travail : Doit maintenant être disponible pour tous les quarts rotatifs - de 8h à 16h, de 12h à 20h

Responsabilités
- Prendre et passer des appels en faisant preuve de tact et de professionnalisme
- Aider les clients à présenter leurs demandes d'indemnisation
- Traiter et vérifier les demandes d'indemnisation - vous devrez suivre les lignes directrices.
- Accélérer les demandes d'indemnisation et les situations d'urgence chaque fois que c'est prudent.
- Les mathématiques seront nécessaires.
- Assister les autres départements si nécessaire afin d'assurer une bonne expérience client.

Qualifications
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais
- Expérience en service à la clientèle (centre d'appels de préférence)
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Une connaissance de l'immobilier, des hypothèques, du droit ou des banques serait un atout.
- Une expérience dans le traitement des demandes d'indemnisation serait fortement souhaitée
- Grand souci du détail et capacité à rester professionnel sous pression.
- Doit être en mesure d'obtenir une habilitation de sécurité du gouvernement.
