Résumé : Le rôle de superviseur de quart constitue l’ambassadeur de la direction vis-à-vis les employés de production. Il coordonne l’ensemble des activités reliées à la gestion du personnel et des équipements de production des départements du lavage de flocons, de l’extrusion et du thermoformage. Il est responsable de la mobilisation de la main d’œuvre, de l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de santé-sécurité, de la productivité, de la qualité, des services et des coûts.

Contribue activement à la réalisation et au dépassement des objectifs en matière de santé et sécurité, qualité, productivité, amélioration continue et fiabilité; Applique et s’assure de l’application rigoureuse des procédures et règlements en matière de santé sécurité en tant qu’ambassadeur de la santé et sécurité au travail; S’assure du respect des règles et des procédures de travail relatives à la santé et sécurité au travail; Transmet l’information relative à la production et à la qualité; Avise son supérieur hiérarchique lors de toute situation anormale ou en cas de non-conformité. Planifie, dirige, contrôle, évalue et supervise l’ensemble des activités de la production; Planifie adéquatement le travail à réaliser dans le but de maximiser l’efficacité; Gére le niveau et la compétence des effectifs nécessaires aux opérations; Respect des priorités et du service à nos clients; Agit, lorsque nécessaire, comme support technique au personnel de production; Reçoit, suit et résout les non conformités en production et les mesures correctives; Clarifie et répond aux demandes de ses employés, collègues et clients; Participe à maintenir de bonnes relations de travail; Assure l’amélioration continue dans les opérations du département; Tout autre tâche demandée par son supérieur. 7-10 années d’expériences en gestion de personnel; 10 années d’expériences en usine de production; Apte à travailler sur des quarts de travail rotatif de 12 heures en rotation de jour et de nuit; Excellente maîtrise et connaissance techniques ou mécaniques; Excellente maîtrise des procédés de transformation de matières plastiques; Connaissance de la suite Office; Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Mobiliser et « coacher » les équipes de travail; Facilité à entrer en relation avec les gens et à développer des relations de confiance avec ces derniers; Capacités à communiquer et à effectuer des présentations devant des groupes; Analyser rapidement des problèmes en production et proposer des solutions; Travail d’équipe : collaborer et partager l’information pertinente avec ses collègues afin d’assurer une gestion uniforme et efficace de la main d’œuvre; Rigueur.
