The Master Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative on our business solutions team. As a member of our outside sales team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting a diverse range of Master Group's products to a varied clientele, including Consulting Engineers, Contractors, and Building Owners.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Marketing and promotion of products
• Selling price: coordination between purchasing/product management & sales department
• Marketing tools, catalogs, sales manuals: coordination between product manager & sales department
• Coordination between the service manager & technical support from manufacturers
• Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments
• Ensure effective regional relationships with suppliers
• Identify the competitive positioning of our products
• Attend construction sites to evaluate product applications and deal with site issues
• Promotion of Master focused products and systems to Contractors, Engineering firms and Owners
• Acquire required technical knowledge in order to promote products (academic or manufacturer training)
• Preparation of annual sales budgets for the territory and proposals for client accounts
• Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers
• Maintain sales forecasting reports
• Presentation of technical drawings
• Preparation of buying & pre-purchase documents
• Presentation of product applications for use in building HVAC systems (formal presentation with catalogs or audio/video material)

Management of client accounts:
• Development & solicitation of existing and potential clients.
• Evaluation of client’s needs & resources and recommendation of appropriate products & services
• Responsible for the use of the CRM in client account management
• Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
• Participate in regional trade associations and develop networking opportunities.

After-sales service:
• Contact customers after the sale to resolve problems and ensure follow up
• Have the ability to resolve technical problems related to products
• Set up and facilitate training seminars for our dealer and contractor base

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Sales experience in the HVAC-R industry
• More than 5 years of experience preferred but not essential
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering although other Engineering or Technical background will be considered
• Valid Drivers License and ability to travel internationally
• Ability to lift 25kg and climb ladders
• Strong time management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
