JOB PURPOSE
The Patient Menu Clerk is responsible for processing patient menus.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation plus additional courses of up to six months OR five (5) years of recent experience (within the last 8 years) as a 1004, shall be considered as equivalent. Ability to attend work on a regular basis. Ability to perform the duties of the position. Good work record.Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:

The Patient Menu Clerk is responsible for:
Processing meal tickets/menus, nourishments and special dietary orders Verifying that patient menu selections are consistent with dietary profiles Responding to requests and queries related to menu selection Preparing and distributing patient menus Participating in meal satisfaction surveys Maintaining statistics and preparing reportsCOMPETENCIES IDENTIFIED BY HORIZON HEALTH NETWORK
