Our client in Brantford Ontario is adding a 3rd shift to their production team and needs to grow their maintenance team

Advantages

- PPE reimbursement, uniforms provided by and cleaned by the company
- Straight night shift - Sunday 8:30-7am, M-Th 12a-7a (work less than 40 hours but get paid for 40hrs)

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and assemble machinery
- Potential to operate engine lathe or milling machine to grind, file and turn machine parts to specifications
- Reading diagrams and schematic drawings. Dismantel machinery or equipment
- Operate rigging equipment and dollies to locate heavy machinery and parts
- Preventative Maintenance
- Preform predictive and operational proceedures
- Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Assemble and install equipment: Shafting, conveyors, and tram rails
- Service, repair and replace plant paint application equipment, forklift truck and material handling equipment

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Licensed 433A Millwright with 3-5+ years of experience
- Experience working in different sectors/industries
- Experience in an automation environment
- Prior experience with troubleshooting, install and preventative maintenance
- Very clear communication, Continuous improvement mindset
- Machining experience
- Welding experience would be a bonus
- You are able to work from heights as required by task
