WHAT YOU WILL DO

Report to the Director, New Business Development. Promote AMA Insurance products to members through coordinated outbound calls and inbound sales queue.  Effectively articulate product and pricing explanations to members in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner.  Provide courteous, professional, and timely service in all member interactions. Attend scheduled training sessions to advance product knowledge.

W HAT YOU’VE DONE

You have a grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education is an asset. Sales experience is required; phone sales/call center experience is an asset. Insurance experience preferred. You have strong communication and documentation skills.
