Responsibilities:
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in construction residential properties.
  • Fix and install Drywall, plumbing fixes, appliances, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
  • Proficiency in PDI Fixes, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
