Job Requirements: Self-Motivated, punctual and proactive.

Completes tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Works independently as well as a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and assess construction/trade deficiencies and perform the repairs in a timely manner

Perform various tasks before, during and after Pre-Delivery Inspection.

The nature of repairs may include but are not limited to:

- Paint touch ups
- Drywall Touch ups
- Caulking
- Trim touch ups
- General Handyman adjustments
- Tile Repairs
- Hardwood Flooring Repairs
- Address homeowner concerns in accordance with Tarion Warranty Guidelines
- Handle conciliation homes promptly and with consideration and to homeowner’s satisfaction

oMeet regularly with direct supervisor to review/discuss completed work and work to be assigned to them.
- Complete forms for Tarion and subcontractors; and PDI reports
- Handle and review homeowner's concerns through creative problem-solving

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years construction/handyman/painting experience

Experience in multiple trade functions such as painting, drywall, caulking, general repairs, etc considered an asset

Current safety certifications and/or willingness to add or upgrade
- WHMIS
- Own truck and tools is an asset \

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week.)
- approx. 7am to 3:30pm
