As a Sr. Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

Basic Qualifications (P4):
5 years of IT implementation experience 5 years of functional experience in Financials in Workday 2 years of software consulting experienceBasic Qualifications (P3):
3 years of IT implementation experience 3 years of functional experience in Financials in Workday 1 years of software consulting experienceOther Qualifications
Demonstrated ability with one or more of the following areas: Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Banking & Settlement, Contracts to Cash, or Professional Services Automation Certified or ability to certify in Workday Financials Products and effectively deploy the solution Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics, and/or related experience Demonstrates an understanding of Financial ERP systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in areas of expertise and cross application features . Experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally. Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously. Ability to travel up to 25%.
