Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and entering customer orders
• Managing and maintaining customer credit records with precision
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations, such as the latest COVID-19 updates
• Managing the reception area, including greeting visitors and preparing the board room for meetings
• Assisting in general office duties as needed, such as filing, scheduling, and report generation
• Coordinating and ordering office supplies as required
• Answering inbound calls and managing the phone system effectively
• Providing administrative assistance across all departments
• Using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word to perform tasks efficiently

• Coordinating meetings and handling email correspondence effectively.
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as part of a call center customer service is a must.
• Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks.
• Experience with email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Familiarity with EDI - Electronic Data Interchange.
• Ability to perform receptionist duties and provide administrative assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex customer service issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Exceptional customer service acumen.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
