Senior, Total Rewards Specialist

Duties and responsibilities

Participate in the annual compensation cycle including annual salary review process, bonus payout calculations and total compensation statements; Manage the job evaluation system and evaluate all new positions / positions changes in the organization; Validate and approve all salaries for new hires, promotions or internal moves; Participate to the company annual budget process as well as all subsequent forecast update; Manage the expatriates’ relocation with external consultants to ensure a smooth transition for the employees; Lead regular salary survey and benchmarking market review process; Participate in compensation implementation projects; Provide ad-hoc compensation analytics; Conduct research on compensation practices and policies; Analyze, design and supervise the administration of employee benefits programs.

Qualification and skills

Minimum 5 years experience Knowledge of the following compensation area: compensation, pension, benefits and mobility; Ability to collaborate closely with other parts of the organization whether at corporate level, within business units or with organizations external to the Company; Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism, sound decision-making and high customer service; Excellent organization/prioritization skills under pressure and tight deadlines; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Bilingualism (English and French); Bachelor’s Degree in administration, Human Resources, or Actuarial Science Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork. CHRA or Actuarial designation, an asset
