Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Als Product Owner bist Du verantwortlich, das Beste aus digitalen Produkten herauszuholen. Du füllst das „Vakuum im Produktmanagement“ zwischen Vision und Daily Plan.
• Du weißt, wie man Value maximiert. Dabei bist Du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für das Produkt.
• Du entwickelst Vision-Mission-Goals und Strategien für Veränderungen. Diese kommunizierst Du zielführend und überführst sie in Roadmaps und Releases.
• Du konzipierst neue Features, formulierst User Stories auf der Basis von Evidenz und berücksichtigst Daten aus unterschiedlichsten Quellen wie Kundenfeedbacks, Metrics, Data & Analytics und A/B-Testings.
• Du arbeitest mit einem oder mehreren cross-funktionalen Teams und bist für Product Backlogs verantwortlich. Dabei kennst Du die Herausforderung, Kundenbedürfnisse, IT-Anforderungen, CX-Konzepte und Budgets zusammenzubringen.
• Du unterstützt Teams und Kunden beim Produktmanagement mit einem umfangreichen Toolset (Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Model, Story Mapping, Evidence-Based Management)
• Du übernimmst die Durchführung von Workshops mit Mitarbeitern und Produktteams.
• Du erschließt neues Fachwissen und entwickelst Dich, Kunden-Organisationen und CGI weiter.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Für die Tätigkeit des Product Owners/Agile Consultant (m/w/d) erfüllst Du folgende Voraussetzungen:
• Berufserfahrung, im Idealfall in einem agilen Umfeld
• Lean Agile Mindset und mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Agile Software Development, der Entwicklung von digitalen Produkten oder vergleichbaren Umgebungen
• Erfahrungen als Product Owner, Produktmanager oder vergleichbaren Rollen, im Idealfall relevante Zertifizierungen
• Erfahrung im Evidenz-based Management bzw. in der Anwendung agiler Metriken und KPIs
• Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, OKR), im Idealfall relevante Zertifizierungen
• Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse

Darüberhinaus sind folgende Fähigkeiten für die beschriebene Position von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in skalierten Umgebungen
• Kritischer Denker, der nach ständiger Verbesserung strebt und den Status Quo hinterfragt
• Souveränes Auftreten und pragmatisches Handeln
• Servant Leadership: motiviert, konflikterprobt, open-minded und flexibel
• Erfahrung in der Moderation und Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und Schulungen
