Nos inspecteurs en contrôle des pertes d’assurance visitent divers emplacements au nom de la compagnie d’assurance du propriétaire; dans le but de minimiser les pertes potentielles. Il n’y a aucune vente impliquée. Les demandes d'inspection proviennent directement des compagnies d'assurance. Responsable de la planification et de l'organisation de leur travail Planifier leurs propres rendez-vous avec les propriétaires Déplacement sur les lieux Visiter la propriété et recueillir des informations (résidentielles et commerciales) Identifier les domaines de pertes potentielles tels que l'incendie, le vol et la responsabilité civile Prendre des photos et les mesures requises. Préparer le rapport de contrôle des pertes de la propriété à l'aide de la plateforme Web d'AFIRM et des formulaires préfabriqués.
Environnement de travail de nos inspecteurs En tant qu'entrepreneurs indépendants avec AFIRM, nos inspecteurs travaillent à domicile Ils se rendent à divers endroits depuis leur domicile jusqu'aux emplacements assignés.
Les inspecteurs qui réussissent sont: Extravertis et indépendants Curieux de nature Des personnes motivées Bien organisés et gèrent leur temps efficacement Axés sur la qualité de service Bonnes compétences informatiques avec une bonne vitesse et précision de saisie Bonnes compétences d’écriture
Ce que tous nos inspecteurs doivent avoir: Un véhicule fiable Un téléphone portable Ordinateur sur base Windows Internet à domicile fiable (préférablement haute vitesse) Caméra digitale ou téléphone intelligent qui prend des photos digitales de haute qualité Expérience en construction, la sécurité incendie, l’hospitalité, or l’immobilier est bénéfique mais non obligatoire. Le candidat retenu doit vivre dans la zone géographique annoncée.
