Heures : Lundi à samedi - Horaire : 5 jours par semaine, quarts de 5 heures entre 12 h et 20 h
Temps partiel : 25 heures par semaine

Portée des responsabilités
- Fournir une excellente expérience de vente et client basée sur une connaissance experte des produits et une approche personnelle de chaque client pour convertir de nouveaux clients
- Soyez un ambassadeur expert de ce nouveau produit de pointe, en engageant chaque client de manière authentique pour renforcer la crédibilité de notre marque et de notre nouveau produit.
- Exploitez vos réseaux et établissez des connexions avec les réseaux adjacents pour trouver nos clients cibles d'âge légal et générer du trafic en magasin.
- Agir en tant que membre de l'équipe pour générer du trafic vers le magasin, tout en atteignant les objectifs de vente et les KPI.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe pour renforcer la notoriété de la marque et représenter une unité commerciale se lançant comme une start-up au sein d'une entreprise Fortune 500.
- Maintenir les normes de merchandising et visuelles
- Tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture, y compris la gestion de la trésorerie et les tâches d'inventaire, y compris le réapprovisionnement des produits
- Autres tâches selon les besoins
Expérience et compétences requises
- Bilingue français/ anglais2-3 ans d'expérience dans la vente et la vente au détail, en respectant constamment les objectifs de service à la clientèle et de vente
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail haut de gamme avec des normes de service client élevées
- Une histoire d'aller au-delà des attentes pour fournir un service client exceptionnel dans chaque interaction client
- Faire preuve de confiance et de charisme, tout en ayant de fortes capacités d'écoute
- Un flair pour le merchandising et la présentation de produits haut de gamme
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication (orale et écrite)
- Un talent pour la vente.
- Doit avoir 19 ans minimum
- A l'aise avec le secteur du tabac

Role Details:
Locations: Cigares Rockland - 2305 Rockland Rd- Mount Royal- H3P 3E9
Hours: Monday-Sat - Schedule: 5 days a week, 5 hour shifts between 12-8pm
Part-time: 25 hrs/ week
Start Date: ASAP
Scope of Responsibilities

Experience and Skills Requirement
- 1-2 years of sales and retail experience with a proven track record of exceeding customer service and sales goals.
- Experience in premium retail with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Confident and charismatic with excellent communication and listening skills.
- A natural storyteller with a knack for presenting and merchandising premium products.
- A talent for sales and selling
- Must be of legal age
