Job Summary: To assist residents with daily routines and activities of daily living, including recreational support. The role does not include the provision of personal care to the residents.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 Education Preference for experience or education in recreation or healthcare Previous experience in a long-term care facility, senior home, or group home will be considered an asset. Good interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work shift work Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check Must have sound interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills Compassion, integrity, maturity, respect and a positive attitude are essential attributes.Ocean View Continuing Care Centre Offers:
