Responsibilities

Manage day to day client liaison at a retail level Foster strong relationships with retailers Provide coaching to Sales Representatives Training of Retailer Staff Conduct Pre- Scheduled training sessions weekly Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required Ensuring stock levels of merchandise meets product demand and report back Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence Provide feedback to National Field Manager and LG Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.

Requirements

Fluent in English both written and verbal Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Entertainment or Retail sector Minimum 3 years of Retail Experience Experience in being a Field Sales Representative Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives Available to travel within the market. (Must love being on the road)

Additional Info:

40h / week (W-S) Days Base Salary + Car Allowance, + Mobile Phone, + Bonuses and more
