Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to contribute to our team, reporting to the Head of Product, Electromagnetic. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives crucial to the success of our electromagnetic product line, shaping its direction and growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft and implement product strategies that not only meet market demands but also fuel revenue growth, making a tangible impact on the healthcare industry.

As an Product Manager, you will orchestrate the launch and growth of both capital and consumable products within a B2B model, leveraging your 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales. A background in the medical sector, particularly in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Interventional Cardiology, will be a significant advantage, as will experience in collaborating with large OEM companies to drive impactful multi-year projects.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Lead the charge in formulating and implementing product strategies for our cutting-edge electromagnetic product line. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover customer needs, identify market trends, and understand the competitive landscape. Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, clinical, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and roadmaps. Craft and execute go-to-market plans for new products, including product launches and marketing strategies. Ensure product launch success by coordinating activities and go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging. Work closely with sales and customer experience to guarantee product adoption and customer satisfaction. Serve as a critical bridge between upstream and downstream marketing efforts, playing a key role in the successful launch of products in the electromagnetic product line. Be an integral part of the Global Product Management team, driving global product initiatives alongside colleagues from various regions. Elevate NDI's stature as a leader in medical device technology by partnering with top-tier medical device companies. Take a leadership stance in advancing navigation technology, capitalizing on NDI's pioneering position.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

MBA, Business degree, Science degree, or another relevant qualification. 3-5 years of seasoned experience in Product Management, Marketing or Sales, ideally within a B2B hardware context in the medical sector. Expertise in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Interventional Cardiology will be highly valued. Proven track record in actively supporting the development, launch, and management of significant B2B projects. Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for turning customer insights into actionable product strategies.
