  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee site operations, including safety protocols, quality control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to assess project status and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing project efficiency and performance.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a construction superintendent, with a focus on institutional projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects exceeding $30 million in value.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Gold Seal Certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
