What You Will Do

Coach Product Group Owners who are Senior Manager/AVPs. Coach multiple teams some of which are part of an Agile Release Trains (team-of-teams) This role is focused on coaching the teams and SMs – not delivery or project management.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

3-5 years of coaching experience across multiple teams. Highly skilled with Scrum and Kanban practices. Both are must-haves because the Lines of Business have both type of teams. Proficient with flow metrics Lead/Cycle time, predictability, throughput. Highly proficient in Jira & Confluence. Experience with Objective and Key Results (OKR) coaching. Team Kanban Practitioner certification.

Desired:

Leadership coaching. Banking experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles) Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
