Your future duties and responsibilities:

In deiner Rolle als Senior Generative AI / Large Language Model Berater (m/w/d) bei CGI wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung innovativer KI-Lösungen einnehmen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

• Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Identifizierung von Generative AI-basierten Möglichkeiten und Bewertung ihrer potenziellen Auswirkungen auf ihr Geschäft.
• Konzeption und Entwicklung von Modellen zur Bewältigung komplexer Geschäftsprobleme unter Verwendung von Generative AI und Large Language Models.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um KI-Lösungen in bestehende Workflows und intelligente Automatisierungen zu integrieren.
• Analyse von Daten, Training von Modellen und Feinabstimmung von Algorithmen zur Optimierung der Leistung.
• Kombination von Generative AI mit Conversational AI, NLU und NLP, um intelligente Gespräche und Prozessautomatisierung zu ermöglichen.
• Bereitstellung von Expertenberatung für Kunden in Bezug auf Generative AI-Strategie und Implementierung.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Um in dieser anspruchsvollen Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du folgende Qualifikationen mit:

• Expertise in Generative AI-Techniken und Frameworks wie GANs, VAEs.
• Starke Programmierkenntnisse in Python oder verwandten Sprachen.
• Erfahrung in maschinellem Lernen und Deep Learning mit Schwerpunkt auf generativen Modellen.
• Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit großen Sprachmodellen wie GPT und BERT.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in natürlicher Sprachverarbeitung und Textanalyse (NLU / NLP).
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Integration von Generative AI-Modellen.
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen.
• Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Teamgeist und proaktive Arbeitsweise.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:

• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Generative AI / Large Language Model-Projekten.
• Kenntnisse weiterer Programmiersprachen.
• Vertrautheit mit Cloud-Plattformen und KI-Bereitstellungstechnologien.
• Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Embeddings zur Erstellung von Wissensdatenbanken.
