We are looking for someone passionate about customer service and motivated to work in the real estate technology industry (SaaS, software).
As a Customer Success consultant, you will provide quick and professional solutions to our clients. By joining our team, you will receive support to excel at work and have the opportunity to develop your skills and meet amazing people.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide information and advice on products and services;
- investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve assistance requests created by our users at technical and accounting levels.
- Document assistance requests in our support service and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
- Write content and produce educational self-help videos for members of our community.
- Perform brokerage implementations and training.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service and sales.
- Interest in real estate and/or technology.
Assets:
- DEP in accounting, as one of our three products is accounting software.
- Experience working with different operating systems like Win 10, Mac OSX, Android, IOS.
- Knowledge of relevant web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.).
- Previous experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with support service and electronic communication tools.
