Nos attentes :

Le ou la spécialiste des ventes, Cuisines s’assure qu’un excellent service est fourni au client, que ce soit par téléphone ou en personne, en utilisant efficacement ses compétences en vente et en conception par ordinateur ainsi que sa connaissance des produits pour garantir et conclure la vente de manière à satisfaire le client.

Votre rôle :

  • Aider les clients en répondant à leurs besoins en matière de renseignements et de produits
  • Déterminer et préciser les besoins des clients grâce à des techniques efficaces pour poser des questions et écouter
  • Fournir des renseignements appropriés sur les produits proposés et les solutions de rechange, en expliquant leurs caractéristiques et leurs avantages et en donnant des conseils d’application au besoin
  • Prendre rendez-vous avec les clients pour les consultations individuelles
  • Utiliser un ordinateur pour dessiner et concevoir des cuisines ou salles de bain selon les instructions du client à l’aide du logiciel de conception de cuisine 2020 et suggérer des produits complémentaires pour compléter la vente
  • Trouver des produits pour les clients, préparer les commandes spéciales, confirmer les détails et contacter l’acheteur ou le fournisseur des commandes spéciales pour déterminer et confirmer le prix et la date de livraison possible
  • Entretenir la section assignée en s’assurant qu’elle est bien remplie et que les étiquettes et les informations concernant les produits sont à jour
  • Se tenir au courant des produits dans les circulaires et des événements promotionnels en cours
  • Offrir des renseignements sur les produits promotionnels et les trouver pour les clients, selon les besoins
  • Traiter les plaintes et les insatisfactions des clients, notamment en enquêtant, en interprétant les politiques et en prenant les mesures appropriées pour assurer la satisfaction des clients

Les compétences que nous recherchons :

  • Connaissance approfondie des produits liés aux cuisines et salles de bain proposés en magasin et bonne compréhension de ce qui est offert et du positionnement de nos concurrents
  • Capacité à utiliser le logiciel de conception de cuisine 2020 est un atout
  • Compétences en vente supérieures à la moyenne et détermination à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle
  • Bon sens de l’organisation et compétences administratives pour surveiller les horaires et assurer le suivi des « commandes en cours »
