Responsabilités clés

Acquérir une compréhension approfondie des gammes de produits, des offres de services et des structures tarifaires. Développer un nouveau portefeuille de clients avec un accent sur les emballages de stock en gros et les emballages personnalisés. Planifier et réaliser des réunions et des présentations avec les prospects. Établir et maintenir des relations solides et continues avec les prospects/nouveaux clients, y compris la gestion des comptes. Coordonner avec les membres de l'équipe à travers les départements pour optimiser les efforts de vente. Gérer toutes les commandes dans le système ERP, en garantissant que toutes les informations de compte sont précises et à jour, et maintenir l'activité des ventes clients dans l'outil CRM, si nécessaire. Développer et exécuter un plan d'appels, assurant un pipeline de ventes constamment plein. Exécuter avec succès l'ensemble du processus de vente, de la planification à la clôture. Analyser les rapports de marché et les données de ventes pour la planification stratégique, visant la croissance des comptes et les nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour convertir les pertes en gains, en abordant de manière proactive les problèmes potentiels pour minimiser les pertes. Soutenir et exécuter les initiatives marketing et opérationnelles et soutenir les commandes en ligne. Atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de marge et de rentabilité des clients. Suivre et fournir des avis sur les meilleures pratiques, politiques et procédures liées au département des ventes.

Qualifications

Expérience professionnelle prouvée en tant que représentant commercial. Une personne orientée vers les résultats avec une mentalité compétitive de chasseur et un fort désir de réussir. Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication solides (verbales, écrites et de présentation). Capacité à créer et à livrer des présentations adaptées aux besoins du client. Compétences organisationnelles et de planification solides. Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français (oral et écrit). Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Expérience avec les outils CRM un atout. Formation postsecondaire en vente/marketing un atout. Expérience B2B un atout. Expérience dans l'emballage de détail un atout. Un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide sont requis.

Key Responsibilities

Gain in-depth understanding of product lines, service offerings, and pricing structures. Develop a new portfolio of customers with a focus on wholesale stock packaging and custom packaging. Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with prospects. Build and maintain robust, ongoing relationships with prospects/new clients, including account management. Coordinate with team members across departments to optimize sales efforts. Manage all orders within the ERP system, guaranteeing that all account information is precise and up-to-date, and maintain customer sales activity in the CRM tool, if required. Develop and execute a call plan, ensuring a consistently full sales pipeline. Successfully execute the entire sales process from planning to closing. Analyze market reports and sales data for strategic planning, targeting account growth and new business opportunities. Implement strategies for converting losses into wins, proactively addressing potential problems to minimize losses. Support and execute marketing and operational initiatives and support online ordering. Achieve sales, margin, and customer profitability targets. Follow and provide input on best practices, policies and procedures related to the sales department.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative A result-orientated individual with a competitive, hunter mentality, and a strong desire to succeed; Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation); Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs; Strong organizational and planning skills; Perfectly bilingual in both English and French (oral and written); Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Experience with CRM tools an asset; Post-secondary education in sales/marketing an asset; B2B experience an asset; Retail packaging experience an asset; A vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
