In your role, you will

Proactively oversee and manage environmental activities at Bombardier's manufacturing sites. Collaborate and support stakeholders in the strategic development and implementation of the environmental part of our ESG plan. Work closely with plant engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Ensure that environmental compliance risks are adequately managed across the organization. Implement initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our activities. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in line with our ISO14001 certification. Establish a process to identify best practices and trends in the environment within our industry. Manage the development of the environmental advisory team. Manage team budget.

As our ideal candidate

You hold a degree in environment, environmental science or a related field. You have 8 year's of experience in environmental management in a manufacturing environment. You have a good knowledge of environmental standards and applicable regulations. You can think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems. You have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. You have strong leadership and team management skills. You are bilingual (English & French). You have experience in team management -Asset
