As a Project Management Office Leader, you and your team will provide project management services for all business development and client management activities within the business development team. business in aerostructures.

As part of your position, you will be called upon to:

- Manage a team of project managers for repatriation and external customer development projects for aerostructures, from the identification of opportunities to the approval of initiatives by the organization;
- Plan activities, implement the required governance, and provide the necessary leadership for all phases of business development for Aerostructures;
- Develop and improve the department's tools & processes and influence the organization to ensure their adoption in the most effective way;
- Work closely with colleagues from different functions to initiate, investigate, evaluate and implement solutions in the resolution of issues;
- Be responsible for the performance of the professionals reporting to you;
- Ensure the development of your employees, both for their organizational and professional skills;
- Work in a cross-functional environment where you will rub shoulders with and present to members of all levels of management.

**Qualifications**
- You have a University degree in Engineering or Business Administration or the equivalent as well as at least twelve (12) years of relevant experience in the aeronautical industry;
- You have a solid background as a project manager, with a proven track record in managing complex projects (a PMP certification would be an asset);
- You demonstrate leadership skills and have an interest in the development of others;
- You have a very good business sense and you have good flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing context;
- You have the ability to manage a portfolio of projects of varying complexity and you have a good sense of prioritization to allocate tasks and resources appropriately;
- You have a demonstrated desire for continuous improvement for yourself, as well as for your organization;
- You have a spirit of synthesis and have the ability to prepare adequate presentations for any level of governance;
- You have a great sense of autonomy, have a customer-oriented approach and you demonstrate rigor and discipline;
- You have a logical and strategic mind;
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
