Do you want to take control of your paycheck and make upwards of $3,000 a week?

Look no further Fluent Solar is expanding and looking for incredible individuals who are ready to make a base pay of $17/hr PLUS commission

With this door-to-door position, you will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Closing team to deliver a solar proposal. Your responsibility is not to make any hard sales, but simply to go door-to-door and find customers interested in receiving a free solar proposal. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the job for you

There is no experience required We will train you and provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Compensation:

Pay is $17.00 per hour PLUS commission

A lot of companies will advertise a base plus commission only to find out it's a base or commission or the base isn't really there. This is a guaranteed base pay plus commission on every lead that you set that sits with a consultant We are open to candidates seeking either Part-time or Full-time employment. Our average appointment setters make around $1,250 per week while our top reps make $3,000 or more per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass Qualified Neighborhoods Door-to-Door
  • Set appointments with customers to review the option of switching to solar
  • Help homeowners lower their current power bill

Requirements:

  • Previous canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Able to work a minimum of 25 hours - 16 of those during prime selling hours 4-8 pm.
  • Great communication skills
  • Physical ability to work on your feet
