Description

: Assist Product Support Sales Representatives as a trusted partner on the product line. Execute product marketing plans and new product introductions. Build and design tiered proposal options that demonstrate the breadth of Finning’s offerings. Analyze revenue & GP management for assigned products and solutions. Work closely in partnership with product and technical teams to ensure customer feedback and insights from the regions and the sales force are fed back into product development. Collaborate with the service, operations and control tower to optimize the coordination of the service offerings. Work with the business intelligence team in the generation and prospecting of opportunities across the territory. This entails a detailed understanding and analysis of the existing sales funnel in addition to uncovering major opportunities.

Education & Experience:

Post-secondary in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Journeyperson HET, technical and/or parts experience is an asset. 2 years of technical sales experience – related industries are considered an asset. Demonstrated results in marketing or sales operations, understanding deeply how to capture the attention of internal sales teams and external channel partners and customers. Skilled in strategic thinking, and business & technical planning. Team player, ability to build relationships. Able to accept a strong level of personal responsibility for success in an environment of shared resources. Able to influence; highly collaborative with the ability to positively influence stakeholders at all levels. Able to positively influence with and without authority. High-level energy, drive and personal motivation; results-oriented with a bias for action.
