The Food and Beverage Lead is responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Employees in a shift work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for fostering a safe and efficient work environment, while maintaining an open-door policy. Delegates duties to staff on shift. Alcohol assessments and refusals with the support of security personnel. Delivering exceptional customer service. Participate in inventory control – weekly counts and ordering. Communication with management on employee and health & safety concerns.


What You Bring

A high school diploma or post-secondary education with focus in Food & Beverage or related discipline Leadership experience in the related field of one or more years Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and managerial skills Working knowledge of computer software packages i.e. Point of Sale systems Proven high level of Customer Service The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business
