We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join the team at the Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant project.

 

This position is in Calgary, AB and does not have camp accommodations, travel allowance, or living out allowance.

 

Shift is 5 days on 2 days off – chance to work overtime if needed

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with carpenters on site as required
  • Assisting with concrete formwork, stripping formwork, and other carpentry related tasks
  • General site cleanup and housekeeping
  • Securing materials around site
  • Equipment operating as assigned
  • Review work area for damages
  • Assist with other duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Certificates needed, CSTS & WHMIS 2015
  • Equipment operating considered an asset
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly 
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, walk on uneven ground
  • Capable of learning through on the job training
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete tasks without being asked
  • Proactive mentality
