What we offer
In keeping with the Mattamy Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience, the Business Process Improvement (BPI) Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions to positively impact our employees and our operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in process optimization, project management, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
Conduct analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement solutions to optimize processes by leveraging existing technologies to increase operational impact. Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks using current technology that exists in the business. Partner with the VP of Finance to manage the process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide training and support to employees on new processes. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and automation initiatives with support from the VP of Finance.What you bring
Recent graduate or professional from a Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Process Improvement or a related field. Advanced technical skills with proficiency or ability to learn quickly programs like Sharepoint, AutoCad, JD Edwards, BuildPro. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.Bonus points
Education or certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP courses is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in school or work leveraging technology to streamline processes.
