Première Moisson manufactures and sells bakery, patisserie and charcuterie products using an artisanal approach and wholesome ingredients. We employ over 1,200 people and have more than 20 bakeries in Quebec and Ontario.

We are currently looking for a Pastry Maker to join our team.

Job status: Permanent - Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, entremets, chocolates and other products according to Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing methods.
  • Prepare various types of friable, leavened and kneaded doughs
  • Bake, assemble and decorate cakes and entremets
  • Ensure rotation of raw material stocks
  • Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Première Moisson

Requirements :

  • DEP in pastry-making minimum
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position - Mandatory
  • Mastery of pastry-making techniques
  • Methodical, flexible, focused on product quality, results and teamwork
  • Speed of execution
  • Strong organizational skills
