Description de taches - Technicienne de production

- Cuverie et distillerie:

  • Planification, gestion et optimisation de la production,
  • Assemblage des produits et s’assurer du contrôle de la qualité,
  • Préparation des macérations des bases aromatiques et suivi de la fermentation des matières premières.
  • Réception de matières premières liquides en vrac ainsi que veiller à leur disponibilité et informer le Directeur de production de la rupture de stock,
  • Prise d’inventaire mensuelle de tous les intrants, des produits en élaboration, des produits finis dans les cuves, des matières premières liquides,
  • Nettoyage et assainissement des cuves et matériel d’opération,
  • Commander des bonbonnes d’Azote nécessaires.

- Embouteillage:

  • Coordination des changements à faire lors de produits à embouteiller.
  • S’assurer de l’approvisionnement continue en liquide à embouteiller de l’équipe de production.
  • Élaborer des méthodes de travail pour une meilleure efficacité et productivité de l’embouteillage.
  • Responsable des opérations requises pour le nettoyage, la stérilisation de l’embouteilleuse principale Eurostar et de l’embouteilleuse des miniatures (50 ml), des cuves, du matériel d’opération (pompes, boyaux, attaches, filtres stériles, etc…)
  • Formation du personnel sur les procédures de CIP et des consignes de Santé & Sécurité au travail.
  • S’assurer de la sécurité et salubrité de l’aire de la production (embouteillage, cuverie et distillerie).
  • Participation active aux différents meetings de production.

- Travail de supervision:

  • Gérer de la cédule hebdomadaire et quotidienne des tâches à accomplir.
  • Superviser et diriger les assistantes/assistants de production de la cuverie.
  • Approuver et faire le suivi des heures des assistantes/assistants de production de la cuverie.

- Santé et Sécurité au travail:

  • Agir comme responsable à la santé et sécurité au travail et être membre du comité Santé et Sécurité au Travail,
  • Participer à la mise en place des mesures et politiques en santé et sécurité au travail de l’entreprise.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Production Technician

- Bottling:

  • Coordination of changes to be made when bottling products.
  • Ensure the continuous supply of liquid to be bottled to the production team.
  • Develop work methods for better bottling efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for the operations required for the cleaning and sterilization.
  • Staff training on CIP procedures and Occupational Health & Safety instructions.
  • Ensure the Health & Safety procedures of the production Team (bottling, winery and distillery).

- Cuverie and distillery:

  • Planning, management, understanding and optimization of production.
  • Product assembly and ensuring quality control.
  • Preparation of maceration of aromatic bases and monitoring of fermentation of raw materials.
  • Optimal management of tank storage capacity.
  • Reception of liquid raw materials, ensure availability.
  • Participate in tasting and research and development of new products.
  • Monthly inventory of all liquids

Supervising:

  • Management of the weekly and daily schedule of tasks to be accomplished.
  • Supervise and direct the cuverie assistants. Approve and track hours of the cuverie assistants.
