Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Technician, your main responsibilities will include:
- Precisely executing production tasks, such as assembly of net or rope systems, in adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to surpass safety, productivity, and quality targets.
- Meticulously crafting assemblies based on plans and assembly lines, under the guidance of department managers.
- Measuring and cutting textile materials like net, rope, and webbing with precision.
- Participating in product development and improvement initiatives, actively contributing your ideas and expertise.
Key Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- An ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and environmental awareness.
- Physical strength, including hand and arm dexterity, ability to stand for extended periods, and carry loads.
- Willingness to perform some repetitive tasks for short durations.
- Manual dexterity for tasks involving needles, knives, and splicing needles.
- Capability to work autonomously at a workstation while being an integral part of the production team.
Communication:
- Effective communication in French, both verbal and written, is essential in this role.
