Responsibilities:
  • Supervisethe endtoend order fulfillment process from order receipt toshipment ensuring ontime delivery and customersatisfaction.
  • Workwith the warehouse management team to determine nightly staffingneeds.
  • Ensureall customer orders are accurately fulfilled during theshift.
  • Trainnew hires on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform forpicking packing and shippingorders.
  • EstablishKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) for picking packing and shippingorders on a clientbyclientbasis.
  • Leada team of order fulfillment specialists including hiring trainingcoaching and performancemanagement.
  • Evaluateindividual employee performances and complete employee productivityreports at the end of eachshift.
  • Monitorinventory levels and coordinate with production and procurementteams to ensure adequate stock to fulfill customerorders.
  • Notifyclients of their shipping supplies onhand inventorylevels.
  • Overseethe accuracy of order entry including product specifications andshippinginstructions.
  • Collaboratewith Sales Customer Service and Logistics teams to resolve orderdiscrepancies shipping delays and other customerissues.
  • Notifywarehouse managers of any customer order issues at the end of theshift.
  • Prepareall packed orders for pickup from parcelcarriers.
  • Analyzeorder data and performance metrics to identify trends bottlenecksand opportunities for processimprovements.
  • Implementand utilize order management systems and software tools tostreamline order processing and enhanceefficiency.
  • Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesrelated to order fulfillment shipping and inventorycontrol.
  • Developand maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers tofacilitate order management and logisticsactivities.
  • Prepareand present regular reports on order fulfillment performanceincluding order accuracy fulfillment rates and shippingmetrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or arelatedfield.
  • 35years of experience in an eCommerce warehouse environment as a leadorsupervisor.
  • 5years of experience in eCommerce order fulfillment logistics oroperations supervision preferably in a 3PLenvironment.
  • Provenleadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop ateam.
  • Strongunderstanding of order management processes inventory controlprinciples and logisticsoperations.
  • Onhandexperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) andTransportation Management Systems(TMS).
  • Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability tointeract effectively with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Detailorientedwith strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and adapt tochangingpriorities.
  • Knowledgeof apparel and apparel accessory industries and products is aplus.
  • Backgroundin Lean Manufacturing environments stronglypreferred.
  • Distributionwarehouse experience ispreferred.
  • Comfortableworking with MS Excel spreadsheets and experienced with variousManagement InformationSystems.
  • Strongsense of urgency and comfort working in fastpaced environments withrapidly changingpriorities.
  • Forkliftlicense is aplus.
