Night Dishwasher

**Responsibilities**:

- Spray and rinse all dishes prior to loading in dishwasher
- Retrieving and scrubbing pans prior to loading in dishwasher
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery and cups are clean and sanitized before putting out for use
- Cleaning dishwasher and surrounding area at end of night
- Clean walls, mop floors, storage areas, and take out garbage
- Break down and stack cardboard and keep back garbage area clean at all times
- Do perimeter sweeps around building to maintain clean and safe walkways

Job Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work flexible shifts, nights and weekends
- Must follow company health and safety protocols and requirements in working with chemicals and equipment
- Must have transportation to be able to stay and work past bus schedules, especially Sundays as this is a strong dealbreaker
