About the r ole
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Civils/Infrastructure Consultant. If you're eager to leverage your skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and contribute to both Rail Certification and Consulting initiatives, this role is tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects within specified timeframes and budgets. Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards. Develop innovative tools and techniques, drawing from global best practices to meet client needs. Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct risk assessments and provide subject matter expertise to clients. Represent Ricardo in client meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives. Contribute to the growth of our North American business through excellence in client service.Key Competencies and Experience
Highly experienced in the rail industry and proven track record working in railway civils and/or infrastructure. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational abilities, with a knack for meeting deadlines.Desirable experience
Proficiency in CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards. Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA, is advantageous.Working here
