Profile

YOUR ROLE

Ensure optimal management of accounting, finance, and financial reporting of the company to ensure the reliability of the company's accounts and provide a clear and accurate view of the financial situation.

PROCESSES UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

ENSURING RELIABLE ACCOUNTING

Record, control, and report transactions in the area of responsibility (retail and logistics).

Regularly conduct in-depth analyses of financial statements, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our books and records.

Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and validate financial statements.

BEING A VALUED ACCOUNTING PARTNER

Provide necessary alerts for business risks (fraud, compliance) and associated mitigation controls.

Consult, bring transparency to stakeholders of the company on financial KPIs, figures, and processes (financial data-oriented).

DEVELOPING SKILLS RELATED TO INTERNAL CONTROL WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION

Provide support and ongoing training to the organization in terms of internal control and procedures.

Be connected to the United Internal Control network, share best practices.

Alert and play an active role in securing the business and mitigating identified risks in the area of responsibility.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

3 years of experience in accounting.

Experience in accounting software. Strong computer skills, proficiency in tools like MS Excel or Google Sheets (spreadsheet management, chart creation, and use of advanced formulas).

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Effective team player.

Capable of managing change effectively and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Bilingualism (French and English).

Valid work permit.
