Vos responsabilités

À titre d’associé, Ventes, Marchés CIBC, réseau mondial, vous serez chargé de gérer le risque et d’aider à établir la tarification. Vous collaborerez avec les membres de l’équipe de négociateurs pour acquérir et approfondir des connaissances sur des marchés et des instruments précis. Vous mettrez à profit vos connaissances et compétences approfondies pour contribuer au financement quotidien de services précis et aiderez à la comptabilisation des opérations de tenue de marché, en assumant la responsabilité des processus et des étapes clés de l’engagement à faire tout le nécessaire pour nos clients.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

Recherche – Vous apprendrez et développerez des connaissances approfondies au sujet de l’analyse financière et de l’entreprise. Vous acquerrez une expérience précieuse en rédaction de rapports, en élaboration et en mise à jour de modèles financiers, en prévision des flux de trésorerie et des bénéfices, en recherche de sociétés et en analyse des tendances du secteur.

Priorité accordée au client – En collaboration avec les analystes de recherche, vous participerez à une téléconférence trimestrielle avec des investisseurs et des analystes de sociétés concurrentes afin d’obtenir des données directes et d’interagir avec l’équipe des cadres supérieurs des sociétés et des secteurs. Ce poste permet également d’assurer la liaison avec nos collègues et nos clients de l’équipe des ventes, de l’équipe de négociation et de Banque d’investissement, au besoin.

Vos attributs

Formation. Veuillez inclure un échantillon de texte avec votre lettre de présentation, votre curriculum vitæ et votre relevé de notes (si vous êtes récemment diplômé).

Expérience de travail. Nous privilégions l’expérience dans des secteurs connexes. Une expérience en comptabilité et en finance est également un atout.

Compétences techniques. Excellente connaissance des applications sur PC (p. ex., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). 

Esprit de collaboration. Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles dans les interactions avec les clients internes et externes.

Souci du détail. Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de calcul. Capacité d’effectuer et d’expliquer des analyses financières et statistiques détaillées. Grande aptitude à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et bonnes compétences en gestion du temps. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement axé sur les échéances.
