Professional accounting designation in good standing is required (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA).

Degree in accounting, business administration, commerce or in a field relevant to the duties of the position.

Considerable senior level experience in finance and accounting (preferably in the public sector).

Experience managing banking arrangements, cash, borrowing and investments in a large organization.

Experience with data analysis and financial forecasting.

Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
