This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized LoanApplications Preparer to assist clients in preparing and submittingloan applications. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of the loan application process and excellentcommunication skills to guide clients through the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients ingathering and organizing necessary documentation for loanapplications.
Review completedapplications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide guidance to clients regarding loanproducts and eligibility requirements.
Collaborate with financial institutions to track theprogress of loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions andapplication statuses.
Addressclient inquiries and provide updates throughout the applicationprocess.
Ensure compliancewith all relevant regulations and company policies.
Stay informed about changes in lendingpolicies and industry trends.

Requirements Highschool diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in finance ora related field is an asset.
Previous experience in loan processing finance or customer servicepreferred.
Strong knowledge ofCanadian lending practices and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills.
Abilityto work independently and manage multiple applicationssimultaneously.
