Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Manage daily operations within the Service Shop Monitor shop efficiency, productivity and quality control Problem Solving and Trouble Shooting Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues Maintenance and repairs on equipment/ trailers Installation of accessories and equipment Perform CVIP inspections Provide training and guidance to service technicians Open communication and regular reporting to Store Manager and Service Manager Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols Ensure top notch customer service Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years working as a Journeyman/woman Heavy Duty Mechanic Previous supervisor or Shop Foreman experience Familiar agricultural/trailer equipment (considered an asset) CVIP Certification (considered an asset but will help acquire) Strong organizational and problem solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Team player with a positive “can do” attitude Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, up to 50lbs on your own (as required) Valid Class 5 License, clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check Must have own tools
