What it's like to be a Federated Sales Service Representative

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Service Representative to join our team for a 12 months contract with excellent administration and organizational skills to support a team of Commercial Insurance Sales Agents by processing internal tasks. 

The most important characteristics of our best Sales Service Representative are that they are organized, detail orientated, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.

We want your talent

If you’re great at:  

Customer Service & Communication

Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner

Assisting your Commercial Insurance Sales Agents

If you have:

Post-Secondary education (College or University)

2 years of front-line Customer Service experience

Exceptional communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Team-first mentality
