We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of ERP Migration Specialist to join our Administration Team The ultimate goal is ensuring projects are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget.  Ideally, you should have a strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems and 2-4 years' experience in this field. This position will require high cooperation with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and grow within a growing company. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Implementing an ERP Migration
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and develop plans and strategies for ERP implementation based on those pre-determined requirements
  • Manage ERP implementation and provide updates on implementation activities
  • Requirements gathering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Document requirement gatherings and subsequent changes into SOPs
  • Project Management of the ERP Migration
  • Technical know-how to be the bridge between internal and external stakeholders
  • Project cost tracking
  • Design, develop, and execute data quality tests
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • A post-secondary education in business management, business administration or a related field
  • Project management skills, prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role
  • High attention to detail
  • Good to have knowledge of project planning software, such as MS Projects, Monday.com
  • Proficient with technology, well versed with how technology works between front and the back end
  • Able to perform scripting and programming
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets
  • Scrum management
