Responsibilities

What your day will look like

Accounts Receivable 

Prepares, posts, verifies, and record customer payments and transactions relating to accounts receivable Communicate with clients on collecting outstanding payments and resolve disputes Assistance with accounts receivable journal entries Setting up and maintaining client accounts Communication with project managers, leads, project administrators, clients, and finance staff General assistance with other accounting and administrative functions Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed

Completion of a post-secondary diploma program in a Business related field

Experience

1 – 2 + years of experience in an accounts receivable atmosphere with a focus on accounting would be considered an asset. Strong computer skills; including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe. Experience with Yet Another Mail Merge is considered an asset. Established and effective verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
