Description

Howe Sound Pulp and Paper has an immediate opportunity for a full-time, permanent Electrician at our Port Mellon facility.

Our Maintenance personnel are responsible for the safe maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment and systems to ensure optimum production.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Red Seal Certification Experience working with in an industrial setting Experience in construct, maintaining, alter, repair and testing of electrical / electronic systems / components in industrial operations Ability to read electronic schematics and prints Superior troubleshooting skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate of $47.24 as per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement Overtime is compensated per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement Comprehensive benefits package including extended health/dental coverage and pension.
