Guidepoint seeks an experienced ML Ops Engineer as an integral member of the Toronto-based Data/AI team. The Toronto Technology Hub will serve as the base of our new Data/AI team, dedicated to building a modern data infrastructure for advanced analytics and the development of responsible AI. This strategic investment is integral to Guidepoint’s vision for the future, aiming to develop cutting-edge Generative AI and analytical capabilities that will underpin Guidepoint’s Next-Gen research enablement platform and data products.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on cloud (Azure) Build CI/CD pipelines orchestration by GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Airflow or similar tools Proficient in MLFlow and model serving and monitoring on Databricks  Machine learning model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality ML models testing, validation and tests automation Communicate with a team of data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers and architect, document the processes

What You Have:

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of relevant experience on Databricks
