The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Generative AI solutions. As a key member of our GenAI engineering team, you will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and IT teams to build high-performance environments for data scientists and engineers to develop GenAI solutions in a timely manner and deploy them efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems and deliver business value.
  • Work with architects and platform engineers to build a high-performance environment for data scientists and engineers to develop GenAI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and problem-solving support to project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes.
  • Drive the adoption of ML Ops practices within the GenAI engineering team, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of GenAI solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the GenAI engineering team.
What We Are Looking For
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing and productionizing ML projects end-to-end, including MLOps and Model Marketplaces.
  • Experience with building microservice-based architecture for GenAI solutions.
  • Experience in working with large-scale data sources in complex environments, and implementing scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud platforms, especially Azure, in the context of GenAI solution development and deployment, and common tools in data science.
  • Solid understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, and their applications in solving complex business problems.
  • Forward-thinking individuals capable of making strategic long-term decisions, challenging others with substantiated evidence, and exhibiting excellent communication skills to influence other technical leaders effectively.
