In your role, you will

Create the Production Plan based on Backward schedule process considering capacity and inventory available. Monitor compliance of the master plan (OTD, master schedule + recovery plan + production monitoring (Late hours)) Monitoring costs and inventory vs. production orders (inactive, obsolete and unplanned) Efficiency in change management (RNC, Snags, action sheets re-work orders, etc.) Ensure full customer service for AOG/Spare, availability of material/components on time for production and delivery. Change Management integrated with Production Plan Participate in production DMMs, improvement projects, processes from demand to supply (through cost reduction) and AES (KPI performance, PSS process, etc.). Provide visibility of shorts to production, plan and manage component coverage, Monitoring/analysis of overconsumption of parts (Scrap) Collaborate within the team to achieve common goals

Functional: Strategic Vision, decision making, customer orientation. Knowledge: Inventory, planning, logistics or manufacturing. Software: MS Office, SAP & MRP(MM Module and PP). Core: Teamwork, flexibility, focus in results, Self-Development. Expected Behavior: Proactivity, initiative and responsible. Experiencia: + 3 years English level: intermediate/advanced School level: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, industrial engineering or similar
